Have A Healthy Refreshing Smoothie Without All The Sugar

Many smoothies come with lots of calories from the sugar in them. Here is a quick easy recipe for a delicious smoothie without the extra calories and sugar your body doesn’t need.

Blend a frozen banana, skim milk, fat-free yogurt, peanut butter and a few berries. The ice crystals on the frozen banana will make the smoothie refreshing and frothy too.

Also, the riper the banana, the sweeter the smoothie will taste!
